Charges of discrimination may be filed in the Columbus region on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or by appointment.

Ms. Valenzuela is a native of Holmes County, Ohio and holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree and Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice Studies from Kent State University. She earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron and is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Ohio. Ms. Valenzuela is married with three children.
