Ms. Ebron manages a staff of seventeen employees who investigate and process charges of discrimination. Having worked for the Commission for twenty-five years, Ms. Ebron previously served as an Investigator, first line Supervisor and Chief Supervisor. In an effort to remain current in the civil rights arena, Beleta continuously receives training in EEO, Fair Housing, Diversity and Race Relations Dialogues. Ms. Ebron received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Capital University in Columbus.
