Sexual harassment is any unwanted attention of a sexual nature (verbal or physical)
that creates discomfort and/or interferes with the job. Sexual harassment can
take the form of: quid pro quo harassment, where submission to the sexual demands
becomes the basis for an employment decision or hostile working environment,
where the sexual harassment creates an intimidating and offensive working environment. |
